Shipping and Delivery - Lee Warehouse
At Lee Warehouse, we offer a nationwide door-to-door delivery service and can deliver your order to your home or organisation anywhere in New Zealand. Orders of in-stock items placed during our business hours (Monday – Friday 9.00 am- 5.00 pm, or Saturday 10.00 am – 4.00 pm) are usually despatched within 24 hours. Our couriers collect from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We also offer a click and collect service.
Your delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and are determined by the size and weight of your items, as well as your delivery location. We have negotiated the best shipping rates with our partner freight companies on your behalf.
On occasion, additional shipping charges may apply to certain rural areas. If this is the case, our customer service representatives will inform you via email or phone before your order is processed and shipped.
Deliveries to Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, and Great Barrier Island may also incur additional fees. Please contact us for more information
HOW DO WE CALCULATE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery fees are based on the size and weight of your selected items, as well as your address and post code. We are unable to automatically generate delivery costs for some rural areas. In this event, please contact us for a shipping quotation.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email containing the shipping reference number and the freight company’s name, along with a tracking link which you can use to track your order.
